I am a retired Air Traffic Controller, and have many years experience serving the Southern New Hampshire area in many different aspects real estate. I started out as a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Agent in 2008, and later went on to establish JDM Properties, LLC in 2015. JDM Properties, LLC is a real estate investment company specializing in rentals, and rehabbing foreclosed properties as well as homes in disrepair and reselling them to new homeowners, and at the same time continued to working with buyers and sellers. In 2016 I teamed up with my husband Bob Banks who is also a licensed New Hampshire Agent. Since teaming up, The Banks Team has worked with many different kinds of clients including out of state owners, owners with tenant occupied properties, multi-family properties, distressed properties, rentals, first time homebuyers, and much more! In 2018 I received my broker's license in New Hampshire and opened Foundation Realty Group, and have since earned a brokers license in Massachusetts as well. Bob is an Air Force Veteran and co-owner of Foundation Realty Group. Bob has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2014. During his time in the Air Force Bob was able to travel throughout the United States and the world giving him a unique perspective on real estate, which he is now able to share with his clients. Bob has also earned a masters degree and held positions at companies such as BAE, Northrop Grumman, and JCI, over the years which have enhanced his negotiation skills as well as giving him years of sales experience. Alex is a retired sales engineer and a veteran. He grew up in New England and has lived on both coasts of the United States, most recently in Virginia until settling in New Hampshire. Alex has been a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire helping clients since 2017. Steve lives in Westwood, Massachusetts with his son Josh and his lab mix Taco. He has been buying and rehabbing properties since he was twenty years old. Steve has been helping homeowners and investors buy and sell homes since 2017. Steve has also been a member of the Weymouth Rotary Club since 2010 and is the Clerk for the South Shore Charter Educational Foundation. Steve works seven days a week, but in his free time he enjoys golf, boating, and poker. Steve also enjoys traveling for both pleasure and for service and has been on ten service trips to Guatemala!

Diana grew up in Plaistow, NH. Her father was a custom home builder for over 50 years and she spent a lot of time on his job sites. She has a great deal of knowledge about the building trade, as well as the local communities. She loves pairing clients with their dream homes and her previous experience as a licensed construction supervisor and Massachusetts licensed building inspector give her unique and helpful tools to do that. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017. Diana has a very diverse background. She spent many years as a licensed private investigator, owning and operating a detective agency in the Central Massachusetts area. She has also been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years and owned a wellness center in Upton, Massachusetts. Her love and respect for people shows in every interaction.
